If you use a USB Loader and don't mind a bit of configuration, you can use an emunand and upload WADs onto that, then run them from the loader; ZERO chance of bricking your vWii as far as i'm aware.   1. Download a Wad Manager (or use link above) and put it in the “apps” (no quotes) folder in the ROOT of your SD card. Once you download a.wad file of your choice, make a “WAD” (all caps no quotes) folder in the ROOT of your SD Card and put your downloaded.wad files there. Turn on your Wii and run the Hombrew Channel.
  2. I have all the necessary WAD files to install but I am unsure if I should just install them, or if there is a different way to install them without filling up my NAND. It was suggested I use my emuNANd for WiiWare, but I am unsure on how to do this.

Using GeneriPoints, you could download these itty-bitty teeny-weenie games to your Wii™© console and play them. Well, not anymore, considering that the Wii Shop Channel is now defunct and WiiWare games are now impossible to download, at least without modifications to your Wii.

Section I - Downloading/Installing
  1. Extract Yet Another BlueDump MOD and put it in the apps folder on your SD card or USB drive.
  2. Insert your SD card or USB drive into your Wii, and launch Yet Another BlueDump MOD from the Homebrew Channel.

Section II - Dumping

  1. Press the A Button.

  2. Choose Installed Channel Titles.

  3. Find the content you want to dump and press the 1 Button.

  4. Choose Backup to WAD.
  5. At the prompt to Fakesign the ticket, choose Yes.
  6. At the prompt to Fakesign the TMD, choose No.
  7. At the prompt to Change the output WAD region, choose No.
